    Working time: 10% labor intensity

    Project Manager responsibility is to keep watch over all project. They plan, schedule and control works. They are also the first person to solve issues.

    Business and System Analysts

    Working time: 2 to 4 weeks – 10 to 20 MD (in the first stage)

    A business analyst can help improve products and services by analyzing and creating documents about the market. They make in-depth research about market competition and help define main goals and business requirements. The system analyst together with the IT architect decide which components to use and prepare a detailed specification for tailored functionalities and integrations.

    UX&UI Designers

    Working time: 1 to 3 weeks – 5 to 15 MD (in the first stage)

    UX designer creates mockups that present user-friendly shopping experiences. Gives an outline of what the final design would look like.

    A UI designer is responsible for the visual aspect of a website. 

    IT architects

    Working time: 1-3MD (in the first stage)

    Our IT architects analyze a range of various issues during IT wireframing, including necessary components, Magento extensions, navigation system, and content layout. They design a functional IT architecture.

    Developers

    Working time: Dependent on various factors, averaging 10-30 weeks throughout the project

    Our eCommerce developers create the entire system that enables the store to operate. They are Magento and PHP experts. Their main work starts after the finish of the first phase.

    Testers

    Working time: Dependent on various factors, averaging 5-10 MD throughout the project

    Testers check every functionality on the platform and the correctness of the code. They also test buttons, links, etc.

    As we work in an agile system, our process is flexible. The third and fourth stages take place simultaneously. We report all processes to the client at weekly meetings.
